The Apple A1243 MB110LL/A keyboard is a fully functional wired keyboard designed by Apple for use with all Apple and Mac computers. Originally developed for the fifth-generation aluminum iMac desktop computer, it can also provide full keyboard functionality -- most notably with the numeric keypad -- to any Macintosh device, including iPhone and iPad devices with a proper wireless adapter. This makes the MB110LL/A line of keyboards an excellent choice for any Mac user. Thanks to its use of a standard USB port, the MB110LL/A also works on Windows and Linux machines without the need for additional software or hardware.The Apple MB110LL/A keyboard was originally developed in 2007 as a companion device for the anodized aluminum iMac. As such, it features an anodized aluminum surface. In addition to looking great, it is resistant to dirt, microbes, and scratches. The MB110LL/A is designed in response to iMac users asking for more functionality in their standard keyboards. Not only does the MB110LL/A include a full numeric keypad, but it also has a full set of arrow keys, function keys, and a Command key. This Command option was specifically designed for use in Mac OS and has been present on all Macintosh models since 1984. It is used to access the Mac OS menu and other important functions.The MB110LL/A is designed for use in any standard work environment. Despite being a full-sized keyboard, it is extremely small, with no space wasted anywhere on the keyboard. Apple planned for the MB110LL/A to be ideal in tight spaces and light enough to be carried around comfortably. As such, it weighs only 1 pound. Additionally, knowing the issues that can be caused in a noisy office, Apple chose to make the MB110LL/A completely silent. This enables users to type without making a sound, and the short travel keys are very easy to use. Additionally, the layout is designed with optimized ergonomics to prevent repetitive stress injuries, and the keyboard is at the ideal height for preventing pressure on your wrists.The MB110LL/A has two USB ports, enabling it to daisy chain with the mouse or another input device while still leaving a port open for a digital camera or other accessories.     Better than the pictures and works perfectly!

    I am very happy with this keyboard. The one that I got looks even better than the one in the picture. You can barely tell it’s used/refurbished. It’s easy to set up (just plug it into your computer) and it works absolutely perfectly. A great value for the price. It even arrived two days earlier than it said it would, which is a plus. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it!

    Older model not really great for today's work use.

    The older keyboard design is bad and the left enter key has problems. And the right side enter key is too small and in a bad position.

    In wonderful shape, what more could I ask for?

    The used apple keyboard is in like-new condition, and really did look like it came directly from Apple aside from not having the stock box. I love how solid the apple keyboards are. The keys are in stock non-dirty condition and the aluminum body is without any marks on mine. The keys type like new and stock. I guess I'm lucky, but either way it's in great shape.

    Great for the Touchy Typers with smaller hands, but keep those snacks away!

    The Apple Aluminum keyboard is much smaller and lighter than the previous Apple Standard & Pro model "plastic" keyboards. It's thinner design and smaller footprint make it good alternative for those (like me) that move from desktop (or laptop) to desktop and prefer to use my own keyboard and mouse (sometimes, you don't know where the existing set has gone through). The low profile means you don't have to reach over the spacebar (like if you have small hands). The keys are very sensitive, no punching or pounding needed, but you get a lot of typos until you get used to it. The keys rise up through the baseboard, so you can find those "crumbs" from lunch easily, BUT if you spill something on it, you might be in trouble. Overall, good for the possessive ...

    Apple Aluminum Keyboard

    The keyboard has a very low profile on the desk and therefore is very easy on your wrists, even if your wrists have bad typing posture. The keys themselves have a decent amount of spring behind them and each make a satisfying, soft click sound so you know you when you mistype. The keys are smooth and therefore your thumb sometimes seems to just slide over the spacebar rather than make a solid connection with it but that could just be how I personally type (I've never had this problem with any other keyboard). The keys like home, end, page up, page down, etc. don't often move much so you second-guess whether they fully compressed. WARNING: If the keyboard ever sustains surface damage (objects even mildly hefty falling on them) the aluminum surface easily detaches from the plastic ...
