Seller expects us to build as is, and troubleshoot each item when the entire machine was destroyed. We expected a used machine that would need some replacement to get functional. Not a machine that looks like it is fresh off of the front in Ukraine. Don't waste your money. Worse part is, fedex closed our claim without contacting us. More junk printer parts.
- 0***v (144)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseflsun sent replacement parts as promised! aside from a small amount of damage (awaiting replacement part), it printed well on the third attempt, compared to over a hundred dollars and many hours of fixes for the "brand new" ender 3 v2 neo just to do a basic print (that machine has been maximally optimized for lowest build price over quality). even the silk PLA that refused to print on the ender printed in this machine on the first try.
