Contacted seller after the USPS in Huntington Beach, CA lost ate or did something with the order. We trained for a couple of days to get it sorted out but USPS was no help. Seller was kind enough to refund my purchase and even sent me a replacement part on the house. Straight up straight shooter guy. Excellent customer service even when have to navigate EBay’s system.
