Good basic system
A no nonsense phone system Been using for communication around the house for over ten years. Has a large capacity for handsets so you can have one everyplace that is reasonable. They do not swim.

I found this on sale and new. I really liked the features on it. It has large screens on the two handsets and on the base. If the handsets are lost, you can still use the base to answer and place calls (as I am constantly looking to find the handsets). The base lights up when you have a message so it was easy to see if you had a message when you got home. I also used the room monitor feature often. I could place one of the handsets in the baby's room and listen from outside using the other handset (or you can use the base too). I also liked that the second handset doesn't need a phone jack. You simply plug it in to any other electrical outlet within range of the base and it works great. I used the phone for over two years and never had trouble with the original batteries--other ... I found this on sale and new. I really liked the features on it. It has large screens on the two handsets and on the base. The base lights up when you have a message so it was easy to see if you had a message when you got home. I also used the room monitor feature often. Uniden phones
I like everything about this phone. I previously had a 2.4 ghz Uniden and decided to upgrade to more GHZ. I picked this phone because it has all of the same features as my previous phone. I love the speaker phone option on the handset. I like that you can transfer phone book entries from handset to handset. I like that you can do everything from the base of the phone. You can make a phone call, look up phone numbers, and more. This phone gets crystal clear reception. All in all, it was a great purchase!I like everything about this phone. Uniden TRU8885 A Great Phone
The Uniden TRU8885 Cordless Phone has the highest quality of sound of any cordless phone I have ever used, plus it has great volume. The global programming (example: enter time on one headset and info is transferred to all), was an unexpected feature. No interference from a 2.4Ghz wireless router was the reason I picked this phone. My old 2.5Ghz wireless phone would cutout all the time. This Uniden phone has no problem with reception, it covers any room in my house plus outside in my garage.
