PC specs were exactly as described, sometimes a bit of a gamble in the age of exorbitant ram and storage prices. The packaging was well done. The system was wrapped in bubble wrap and every flap, edge, and corner of the shipping box was covered by good quality reinforced packing tape. The shipping was fast and free. Not a single negative thing about the entire transaction. Would happily buy from again.
