    The Amish Way by Adrienne F. Lund

    This Cookbook is one of the best, ever. The recipes are wonderful. They are quick, handy, at the same time, simple. To name a few, some favorites include: Pot Luck Cheese & Potatoe Casserole, BBQ Beef Sandwiches, Salmon Patties, Pigs In the Blanket, Pea Salad, Potatoe Salad, French Fried Onion Rings, Chocolate Fudge, Mississippi Mud, Molasses cookies, Household Hints, Home Remedies....I have all the Amish Cookbooks by Adrienne Lund and they are the best.
