Wasn't sellers fault. The frame is broken. E-Bay instructed me to contact seller. I did and they blocked the request for a new frame. I even uploaded pics showing damage thinking I was doing right. Still can't figure out how to resolve. Just seems like telling the seller would have been the most expedient .
