While our store was on vacation, she claimed that she received the wrong item, but she added that she had purchased it from another seller for a lower price. Even though we were on vacation, we responded to her promptly and provided a prepaid shipment label to return the item to get a refund. Our DVDs are stolen; she has sent us empty boxes and left us negative feedback. She is not a communicator.
