    Consistently great coffee at the touch of a button

    Quality product, brews great coffee, expresso and cappucino. The machine display prompts when more coffee or water are required and also for cleaning actions. Cleaning steps are minimal when only making coffee or expresso. Using milk requires more cleaning, but this is expected and valued to ensure a clean and fresh cup every time. The LCD display is helpful and well designed. The instruction manual good stand a bit of improvement for clarity; e.g. to explain when to rinse vs. clean and to explain the internal workings of the machine cleaning cycle as well as more detailed power usage specs. I had to call customer support to get some questions answered, just for my own curiosity. But, this in no way detracts from the performance of the machine which is excellent.     Not impressed and returned it. Pros:- - brewed quickly, -foams milk (but mine didn't because it was used and had a milk clog) ($150 to fix) -lots of drink options (cappuccino, espresso, latte etc. -grinder with about 5 levels of grind Cons: -does NOT take Starbucks dark roast beans (they are oily and will clog the grinder) -expensive to service when it breaks and good luck finding someone, apparently only easy to buy one -only takes light to medium roast of beans....what's the point if I cant choose my darks.... -only uses beans and not ground coffee.

    RIP Keurig Coffee Maker

    Jura coffee makers are expensive, and there really isn't any justification for spending as much as it takes to buy one. However, I have never had a better cup of coffee than the coffee from my Jura. Making espresso and cappuccinos is just as easy. The problem now is what to do with my Keurig.
