The description was incorrect considering the packaging was for 3 containers to which I bought 2 each, which means they broke the packaging to remove 1 container. I had no idea that the packaging was for three as they are selling as each instead of advertising that the sealed packaging is for three. The containers are nice but won’t be buying again from this seller, a little mislead & disappointed .

Sorry to hear you are not happy. The listing clearly states the price is per individual container picked at random, so the product you received is 100% as per our description listing. Not everyone wants multiple containers with Graffiti so we chose to sell them individually instead of packs as 3 because no one was buying the packs of 3. The items are Brand New as per our listing and was sent is this pack for the best protection during shipping.

These items are high quality but they are the wrong scale. They are apparently HO scale but they do not fit in my HO dioramas at all. The seller told me that I was wrong and the scale is correct. In the pictures I show an HO person and HO bicycle that I am using in the diorama and the boats are clearly wrong. I am sad.

As we told you these are HO Scale boats and that the scale is clearly stated on the side of the box from the manufacture,you also never responded to our message when we sent photos showing they were HO Scale. Artitec only makes these items in HO & N Scale and the N scale items are smaller than the HO ones you received. As in real life boats come in all shapes and sizes. We could of accepted the return if the packaged had not been opened but since it had we could not accept.
