I added a pic of what this listing looked like in the mobile app, and I didn't realize this was a listing for a digital card until after I paid. I didn't even realize digital cards were a thing. Now that I'm looking around more, I see other sellers that have [DIGITAL] at the beginning of the listing name, which would probably have avoided this. I have bought essentially nothing and the seller won't refund after my cancelation request.

I ordered thinking it was a real card. Unfortunately it is digital- my mistake in not reading the whole description. He should lead with Digital Card to avoid this mistake for others in the future. Also misleading was the 'shipping' description of UPS- there is nothing to ship, so that should be removed if there is no intention of shipping anything. Seller did communicate and was responsive only when I asked for a refund 4 days after my first contact. I never received the item or link to it.
