I ordered a 2008-2011 rack. They shipped a 2003-2007 rack. The box had no packaging material and holes in both ends. Both hydraulic lines are bent and one will need to be replaced. Seller will not respond to multiple emails and requires the customer to pay return shipping. This is a deterrent to make you keep the incorrect part. I could have bought this incorrect part cheaper elsewhere. Seller has many bad feedback ratings and obviously eBay is ok with it. Find a different seller.

Get the original, it pays in the long term.
It's worth it to buy the Motorcraft original item over the aftermarkets. I had replaced this with an aftermarket a year ago and it started leaking after 6 months.. The Original Motorcraft item lasted over a decade. It's not much more expensive and it will save you a lot of time and frustration over the long run, not to mention having to deal with smell of a gallon of windshield washer fluid that has leaked into the engine compartment while you're parked.It's worth it to buy the Motorcraft original item over the aftermarkets.
