A lot of modifications
Well once I get them installed I'm sure they will be great, but I did not expect to have to modify the kit to make it work. I was delayed because the kit has M8 bolts, but on of the bolts needed to bolt to my bike is a M10 and nobody has them. I had to for the time being use M10 hex head zinc coated bolt which I don't like, but that's what gets it on my bike. I also can't use the plate that holds the mounting bracket because the holes used on my fender are offset and not straight across. I would not recommended.
The brackets are well built, however I spent a lot of time trying to get one of the locks to work. The quick release feature is great, but the bags vibrate excessively. They don’t lock down the bags solidly or support the bottom of the bags we’ll. I would not use the again.

Wish I would have thought of this.
They do stick out a little, but not bad. You can mount any bag to this, even if it isn't dedicated for the bike, like messenger bags. I put large ammo cases on my Triumph, also have a set of soft bags.

Excellent Quick release mounting brackets
The only problem is doesn't work for my 2005 Honda VTX 1300R, A pair of screws holding the fender the one in the middle have a greater gauge than the screws that come in the kit, so the solution could be to drill one of the anchor pairs and widen the aperture so that a larger screw passes, the other pairs the one located at the end of the fender fits perfectly. Works...but not pretty
Installed these on a victory Vegas with Harley hard bags...it works but not pretty. Large gap and not where I want them to sit on the bike. I'll keep looking. Factory ones are twice the cost but I guess the fit better
