My first order had a missing roll, they were prompt to answer and send the missing one within a few days. My second order was delayed, but they communicate ahead of time, so not the end of the world there. Much better packaging appereance this time, so up to today, they have been a good company to deal with and their prices are reasonable. I'll continue buying from them.

However, They took almost a month to get here. During that time, I purchased the exact same products from another supplier, and received it within a few days. Although responses to my questions were very prompt, they were not relevant to my questions.
