The seller's description is completely accurate. When the box arrived it was somewhat beat up and even had two holes in it. However, as promised, the grill was in perfect shape. The cosmetics and the function of the grill are perfect. I had one of these Cuisinart grills many years ago and I'm glad I found this seller when it was time to buy a new one.
