    Essential reading for young women (and parents) everywhere

    As a single father to an 11 year old daughter, I found this book extremely helpful when trying to approach the subject of the facts of life and the changes that my little girl is going to be going through. The book is wrote it an friendly way that is suitable for the subject matter and never patronises the reader(s). Essential reading for young women (and parents) everywhere.
