Awful seller!!! Horrible communication. Purse was advertised as “brand new, never worn” but it actually had scratches, scuffs, and dirty interior. I kindly asked if we could negotiate a partial refund and she was not open to anything! Told me to send it back because she had “another client” interested. Very rude, unkind, and dishonest! Worse eBay experience ever!!!
