The curling brush was new but it said on the package I received that it is a soft touch handle. It feels really sticky. I probably would not have purchased it if I had know it was that way. The seller doesn’t accept returns so I guess I’ll keep it & hope that some GooGone and scrubbing will take the stickiness off.
