They were just thrown in this large envelope with no tissue, box or bubblepack and arrived in the mail with the posts bent almost completely off and no backing to hold them on the ears. I was appaled, and have notified the seller requesting a full refund. I can't believe the seller would just throw them in a large envelope with NO packaging and expect them to arrive unharmed!
