The seller gave me wrong information about the setting up this laptop. The seller said: "The device is unlocked, data clean, Open Box Experience, and tested. It is Windows 11 Pro. You need to have a Microsoft account (either personal or company) to setup." After I got and setup, MS requires only school or company account. Personal MS account is denied. If you said only school or company account able to setup, then I would not buy this one. Finally I went to a repair shop and paid 40 USD.
