The item was sent 'signature required' and, as we all know, many (not every) postal workers will leave a slip in the box and never try to get a signature. I have a doorbell camera, no attempt was made. AAR, the slip says "no authorized person" and can be picked up the following day. So I went to the PO 6 days later and I was told the package had been returned. "WE ONLY HOLD 'SIGNATURE REQUIRED' PACKAGES FOR 5 DAYS" the not so polite lady tells me. 2 Wks later they found it.

Dear, I am truly sorry for the trouble caused to you. For large package orders like this, USPS couriers in the United States are sometimes unfriendly. They often return items when delivering due to the recipient not being at home, which also troubles me. He needs you to take the initiative to pick it up, unlike in China, where a Chinese postman would call you to inform you of another delivery time. Hope USPS can improve service
