Shipping states: Triangle, Virginia but shipped from PR. Contacted seller and said “fine print” states either location. Ok… Received order and had mechanic change the front wheel bearings. Once installed, found out the bearings were BAD and made noise when far was rolling which was too late the make any changes. Contacted seller and offered NOTHING but “could have gone bad during press”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. This product is absolute JUNK. So don’t go cheap it will cost you in the long run

Many times have we seen that mechanics ruin the bearings when pressing them with the hubs. We explained everything to the client. Parts are inspected before sending them.. We NEVER send items that are damaged or anything of a sort. As to our location, we have 2 as stated in our listing's description. Please check the whole item's description before making any purchase. Thank you very much.

Overall satisfied with the product. The packaging is not the best. I had mine arrive with some scuffs on the rotors. The seller told me due to the price is the reason why they are packaged that way

We have to pack these a certain way that they fit inside the box, since these are big car parts. We could use a bigger box, yes, but the cost would be higher due to what USPS charges. Another thing would be the way that USPS handles the packages. We try to pack our items without any play inside the boxes so they do not have any damage on them, but USPS tends to not be so delicate with the items. For this, we apologize and we thank you for the feedback. Hope to deal with you again!
