I received the pump, one of the mounting arms is broken off, the broken piece is not inside the box so that means it was broken before being packaged for shipping. The pump still works. I cannot give this a positive rating.

You messaged us but told us to not do anything because you mounted the pump easily and it works well. Otherwise, we would have gladly shipped you a new bracket. As to shipping a pump with a broken bracket, that's unlikely. It's more likely it was broken during shipping and the bracket was thrown away with the packing peanuts.

We are STILL waiting on these filters we ordered while the tracking info emailed to us continues to say was delivered the same day as the carbon filters on 4/24 which is totally FALSE. We feel that "Chris" who looked into this matter for us when we expressed our frustration chose to ridicule us about the fact that we used caps on select words in our responses as he/she felt caps were "unnecessary & rude". Horrible customer service! He/she is in dire need of a lesson in how to speak to buyers!

Our 8200+ positive ratings speak for themselves about our customer service. Not every buyer is reasonable or understands simple technology. Tracking indicates the package in In Transit, not delivered. The buyers should have alerted us direclty that the package isn't delivered as opposed to notifying us this way. Because customer service is part of our DNA, we'll still provide them excellent support so they receive what they ordered.
