Device is good quality and condition just lacking a properly sized power supply. While the seller was unable to remedy, the agreed outcome was acceptable. To prevent e-waste I will be swapping out the power supply separately. This is a good value, even for the model in the description.

Packaging was well - the entire mini tower was placed into a very large box with lots of newspaper and other packaging. The Vostro 260 MT was as described - all things were correct, the BIOS was as in the picture, the PC boots exactly as described. Item looked nice and was probably in excellent condition before shipping. Worked on it – useable but grinds a bit. Seller never returned email response.
