Packed very poorly for shipping. One thing layer of bubble wrap and thin brown packaging paper. Product got damaged in transit. Was offered a small refund (didn't cover full price of shipping) but was able to keep product in damaged box.

Refunded them and let them keep it as my fault 🤦♂️ then they left this. Now I send it in a special box, due to this. Even after a refund, still left a negative feedback.
