My funnel arrived damaged, but the customer service was fantastic, the organised for a replacement and then when the parcel went awol they were again super super awesome and found it and had it rerouted back to me within 24hours. 10/10 would shop with ScienceEquip again.

Great product, as you can see I paid $38.80 for express post but still took 3 weeks, the postal company have not and most likely won't refund my close to $40 express shipping which took 3 WEEKS. DO NOT USE SENDLE (SENDLE) worst experience with them, not once but 5 times out of the 5 times they were used. Delivery exceeded 4 weeks which other companies got packages to front doors with in 5-6 business days. SENDLE GAVE EXCUSES ON TRAINS AND OTHER STORIES, BUT SEEMS THAT WAS HAPPENING FOR MONTHS.
