Razer is known for having issues in manufacturing and quality control, but their customer service is even worse and utterly useless. They never carry stock of any spare parts, so even during the warranty period, all you will get is a «sorry», and they do neither know their own products to answer questions nor will they forward them on to the technicians who might know.
