Item was cancelled as seller said the condition was not good enough, which I was happy with. They tried to refund me but it didn't go through and advised I contact eBay, which I did and a case was opened. I heard nothing further and when I asked for an update and waited a few days I had no luck and needed to ask eBay to step in. Communication was good at the start but lacking near the end. Took a while to get things sorted.
