Book is not in the described condition. It has two dents not mentioned in the description, and the one picture of the book does not show the spine, which is where the damage is located. Seller was smug and rude with his response to me. Book was returned, and I only received a partial refund. Not a pleasant experience.

This customer admittedly ordered the wrong book...yes it was well pictured with complete copyright page and description. The true issue here is that we would not refund $3.92 postage per our stated policy, as this was not our mistake. We knew neg feedback would come but this customer was pushing juvenile excuses to subvert returns. So now we are accused of a fabricated very slight indentation on a 1lb book protected in 1/2inch bubble wrap styro peanuts + well boxed. Principles can STING
