    Unprofessional shipper and sketchy listing. CPU shipped in a zip-lock bag and bubble mailer - no rigid or anti-static protection whatsoever. CPU was listed as new but it has scratches on the IHS. The listing warns of wear from storage but that would imply storage in *packaging*, not just banging around loose or it could be a lie and it's just cleaned up used cpu listed as new. Absurdly high shipping price for what you get. I contacted seller almost 24 hours ago and haven't received a response.

    Lightweight Powerhouse

    Great upgrade from my original iPad which I've had forever! I love the weight of this iPad as well as all of the features I've grown to know and love. Screen resolution is excellent and all my data and apps transferred over without difficulty. Very glad I made the upgrade and even more glad that I was able to get such a good price. If it were "used", I sure can't tell. I have encouraged both my brother and a good friend to upgrade their old iPads as well through EBay.

    Technology Dated

    The product is simply too dated. Too slow to run simple entertainment apps such as Disney +, Hulu, etc, without a relevantly bad buffer. Otherwise, the value would have been tremendous. Perhaps as a simple reader, it would be better for you.

    good quality at a great value

    I purchased two of the ipad air 1st gen. they work excellent. they are in very good shape for refurbished. they had a few minor scratches, barely noticeable. I was very skeptical about ordering them at first, but now that I have them and used them, I would recommend them.

    iPad Air (1st Generation, 32GB)

    The iPad Air is a much better upgrade on the iPad than ever before. You get a much lighter device that's much faster. The retina display is superb. You will not regret upgrading especially if you have an iPad 2. I'd recommend this to anyone that enjoys using a tablet.
