They look just as pictured. I like that I have zero hood flex now. There were no instructions but I figured it out. I did have strong wind which made all the parts fall in to my engine compartment causing me to loose some parts. I took a trip to ace hardware where I picked up some 1/4 copper tubing and a couple of bolts and nuts. After that everything went together. I very happy with my purchase.

Love the whip light, use it as a camp locator. Ironically it screwed right into the top of my flag pole buddy fiberglass 16 foot flag pole. There's threads at the top and this screwed right in, its hollow inside so ran the wire through the flag pole and out the bottom and connected it to my 12v RV battery. Its 20ft in the air. Bright so i can spot my campsite when im riding at night in ocotillo wells. Good quality for what i use if for.
