About this product

Product Information

Role-playing gamers are educated on the finer points of dungeon crawling in Class of Heroes, an animé-influenced first-person adventure across (and below!) a fantasy land of spellcraft and swordplay. The game is set in a school for aspiring adventurers. These students wish to brave the dangers beneath the ground, in an ancient system of catacombs that runs under the land and connects villages, towns, and other locations of interest. Players lead a band of young heroes through the expansive network of subterranean corridors, where they face dangerous monsters and discover valuable treasures. While moving through the game world, the current scene is presented in the center of the screen, with icons representing the characters in the player's party displayed on the edges. The player's character is highly customizable, with ten fantasy races, three alignments, and 15 different academic majors to choose from. They'll also choose the classmate and acquaintances to travel with them on their adventure. The game features more than 75 levels of dungeons to explore, hundreds of monsters types to battle, and more than 1,300 valuable artifacts to recover.

  • Great game, real crawler (if you're into that). I certainly am entertained by it.

  • Excellent game!

I bought this game because I wanted it. I liked the graphics and music. Its challenging and strategic.

  • Wizardy with an Atlus spin.

If you're a fan of the series Wizardry, you'll love this game. It's basically straight-up wizardry style gaming with a bit of Atlus added fun. I also highly recommend to people who may be fans of the Etrian Odyssey series - though this game isn't for the faint of heart. Those who find Etrian Odyssey challenging will find even more challenge awaiting with this Wizardry-style game. There is a lot of challenge that can something cause hair pulling or teeth grinding anguish, but the fun outweighs all that. For an Atlus game collector like me it's a must have.
