    Received on 3rd day. Ordered three, one was bad. One was not showing fully charged when it actually was (a common flaw with these.) Free Return label for refund. Prompt refund, but I simply wanted a replacement sent, so had to end up re-offering at same price and hopefully reordering. There really should be an easier way to get a replacement. Good Seller, I can recommend. Left 5 stars and positive despite one being bad.

    The first one sent wasn't working, but when I contacted the seller, he apologized, then took the time to confirm that he had other units that were working. After confirming another one was working, he overnighted the item to me. Overall that's the best outcome I could have expected after realizing the first item sent wasn't working as described. Excellent communication, will buy more from this store if they have another item that suits my needs.
