Fast service but third party carrier miss-shipped package out of USA for an unknown reason. Things got done and it returned in time to make delivery. Item was as described despite the overseas trip.. All 6 batteries charged properly with the smart charger included with the set. My recommendation to seller is to avoid Pitney Bowes services.
