This item is of nice quality. I really wish that the neck support was better (higher for back sleepers) That said, I prefer side sleeping and it does fine for that. The pillow case is somewhat scratchy (side sleeping) so I ordered 2 satin envelope pillow covers and they do a fine job. I will keep this item but would not buy again

Item and seller is 👍 great. But if you ever have a problem don't rely on eBay for anything. They lie, don't care, and what a problem even when they agreed with you to receive your money. Had to go to hell and back to get my $1600 back from eBay! On a previous buy. And try to resolve an issue, forget it unless you look into the problem and do their job. I'll never buy a high price item through eBay again. UPS actually stole and signed for my item and kept it and said it was delivered to me!
