2013 Scion TC trans and engine mount. About an inch high, it doesn’t go all the way down to frame. The rest is fine, except this. Its a waste of time, i spent so much time in replacing this engine and trans mount. And then i came to realize that one is didn’t fit. How is that? How does it feel?

We contacted the customer and tried to assist. From the message and feed back it is obvious that only one mount did not fit, but still the customer altered the mount to make it fit. We do not recommend for any mount to be altered and forcefully installed. Also, we are part of eBay's free return. And when we mentioned to open up a return so that we can assist, customer refused.
