By sheer happenstance, my Xbox Series S arrived without the controller and power cord accompanying the console (i don't blame the seller as the Xbox arrived in the original packaging without any tape cut or replaced or anything, so obviously this was some fluke thing during its original packing). I contacted the seller, worried I'd have to spend more money while going through a bunch of hoops, and pleasantly they immediately sent me a new controller and power cord. Amazing!     Opinion

    The Laptop is well designed and has an incredible amount of computer power even in graphics envirments. What lacks in the laptop are some minor details. Excess contrast and gamma can lead to some hard times reading and exploring in the laptop. Lack of brightness adds up with the previous topic. Sometimes, CPU fan makes really loud noise in so little time which can be annoying when watching videos on speakers. Only 2 USB ports are not convenient when you don't have a USB hub and a Ethernet port would be very handy. With all that in mind, I think Lenovo IdeaPad 5 is a great laptop overall.
