I don’t enjoy leaving a negative review, however, I was patient and now I will report. I ordered a teacup and saucer for a friend almost a month ago. It was not mailed out on the date first reported and when it was mailed , it arrived having a large chip out of the cup rim, which was NOT in any of the pictures. I reported and was told a replacement was being sent. I waited and waited, finally I contacted again and was told it was shipped, I asked about tracking and have never heard back..

I was disappointed once I received the item. The packaging was not worth the $20 charged. Item was listed as one piece broken. I received the item with four pieces broken off. Seller said it was described as broken. Yes it was, one piece not four. No care was taken to make sure small pieces were protected. Will not buy from this seller.

Reprehensible seller. Listed an item as a "rare collectible," yet shipped it naked, without a box, with a shipping label slapped on it. Told me he did it because I didn't request "special" shipping. Refused to explain how he doesn't understand that the packaging is part of the product (especially for a collectible). Totally rude, inconsiderate, and stubborn. Saddest part is he tried to bribe me with $25, asking me not to leave this negative feedback. Avoid at all costs.
