The deceptive title says you get 304 stainless steel canning lids, but you get 1 box of 20 lids. I returned the lids, but they won't give my money back. The return label was for UPS. There aren't many UPS drop-off places here. The UPS box wasn't open due to parking lot repair. I saw a UPS driver and gave the box to him. He didn't scan the label so eBay thinks I didn't return the box. I bought 3 boxes so I lost $75 because they won't give my money back even though they got the lids back. UNFAIR!

Contacted seller because they shorted the order, sellers denied only shipping half of the order and refused to refund a partial payment for the missing items . The order was shipped in one box and one box arrived unopened seems obvious it was incorrectly filled . Unfortunately that’s when ALL communication ended , very disappointed in the seller and EBay how this has been handled
