Seller did not properly package the meter. It was shipped in the white box alone. The test leads were missing and the meter does not seem to work at all on the LowZ range, and works a little on the uAmp ranges and on the mVolt ranges.Contacted seller and got a sad response. This is unacceptable!

Apparently I am responsible for US customs tearing the box open in search of documents that Ebay's own shipping intermediary did not produce.
Buyer then went on to make ridiculous claims about the meter not working properly under certain conditions but refused to disclose how the measurements were taken.
