The seller is now lying about ebay messages between them, UPS and myself. Terrible seller, lying to get neutral reviews removed.
My original message remains Lots of problems with shipping. Marked shipped (without tracking) days before actually shipping item then updated shipping with tracking. The package arrived absolutely crushed. The shaft had a few scraps deep enough to remove the white coat. The seller does not accept returns so I m stuck with it. I won t be back.

Shipping information and communication has been non existent with these guys multiple times attempted 0 responses any time. I’m pretty sure they have little product on hand and have to order everything when you place an order. It’s going to take 16 days shipping which is much too long. Wish I just bought from elsewhere but they had the best price. Feel bad leaving a poor review but 0 communication throughout the process has irked me.

Next time, please take time and read the detailed explanation in the listing. The single most popular putter shaft of 2024, is very difficult to order in bulk and get the right stock on hand, considering there are 9 stock colors, and another 5-6 custom finishes. I am assuming you received the correct shaft? And it was ok and nothing was wrong with it? And you were the one that bugged me about the coupon weren't you? now you know why i didn't send it. You already purchased on a promo sale.
