Laptops not as described. Seller described laptops as "A" grade and confirmed battery health statuses to be "Excellent" as per the BIOS (specifically confirmed this). Received the laptops - one has major scratches on the lid, two have missing rubber feet, of the 6 purchased, only two had "Excellent" batteries. Contacted the seller and seller suggested I log a case with eBay - not in the least helpful or even willing to try and resolve the issues.
