It is taking some time to get used to the fit, as I am coming from an executive style chair, but overall I am pleased and know it will get more comfortably as my body adjusts. The only negative is that the chair was advertised as having the adjustable lumber support, but the chair I received was not equipped with the adjustable lumber. I contacted the seller with pictures, at which point they gave me a credit for the lumbar price.

Item was not packed very well, and had some minor damage. But the chair is built like an absolute tank, and I'm not overly bothered for the price I paid. First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled.
