Didn't come with hinged box or polishing cloth as listing said, but sent note explaining out of hinged boxes. They enclosed an apology gift of a keychain from twilight movie. I would have appreciated a message explaining such and offering a refund or option to cancel instead. I did reach out to seller who then sent polishing cloth and a hinged box but the box received was damaged, dirty and was torn around the hinge preventing it from working properly. I don't think any of it is new or authentic

The additional box that was sent out as a replacement was perfectly fine when it was sent out. Unfortunately, this buyer was acting very suspiciously from the start making unreasonable demands. We work hard to keep our ratings up with stellar customer service. We tried offering multiple options to make this buyer happy but all we got in return is one negative reply after another. Leads us to believe his purchase was only made to leave the negative feedback. Likely a competitors alternate account
