I'm not denying this one but on behalf of all 73 other innocent sellers this buyer left negative feedback for which I have proof of for anyone who would like to see pictures... I think it's safe to say no matter what I did with this transaction I would have gotten negative feedback either way. I will also mention I sent the buyer a full refund before eBay escalated it no questions asked. Buyers like this are the main reason people don't want to work or serve but at least I still am 4 now anyway!

I bought this VCR/DVD combo advertised as new and free shipping. It was not in the original box and the the manual was a print out from his computer. I do not know if the item is new or not but it looked clean. When I reviewed the order after receipt, it was listed only as working. The Post Office opened the package and determined that he had not sent media so the "media rate did not apply. It came postage due. He offered to pay the Postage due but I still have not seen it.

The buyer reached out to me 2 weeks ago and I replied the same day they reached out. I offered a parcel refund to cover the postage due the buyer said they had to pay but I'm not 100% sure if they were just making up a story to get free stuff or if that were really the case. Either way I have the messages to prove that I offered a parcel refund and I waited all this time just for the buyer to ignore my message and leave me this feedback. I have 14 years of positive feedback. All this for $10 LOL
