I typically do accept returns when there is something wrong with the purchase. However, you demanded a refund and would not answer my questions or provide photo evidence of your claim, and you chose to send the sandals back before discussing possible recourse with me. I also provided a refund after I received the sandals and you still left terrible feedback.
