Upon receiving the order, I noticed a tear on the product that caused air to leak and deflate the product.
I reached out to seller to see if there is anything that we can work out as seller listed as “New” and does not accept returns. I did not receive any reply back.
My hope was that seller would offer a partial refund for the cost for the materials to patch the product.
I’m unhappy with the outcome. I was expecting a working “New” product ($59.99+$14.99 shipping for a defective product).
