I got 2 of these, they work great on the vibrate or beep function but the shock setting won't work unless your very close to the animal, within about 4 feet, and that's hard when your trying to shock them in the act of chasing poultry when they think your not watching and they stop as soon as they see you coming, the vibrate distracts for a couple minutes but a shock in the act would be best.
