Delivery was a couple of days later than originally stated at purchase but the item was well packaged and complete, as described. The watch was completely without power but recharged using the included docking station without issue. Previous owners data was still on the watch and required that I reset it to clear. Exterior of the watch was filthy especially around the band, bezel and buttons. Few minutes of cleaning with a toothbrush remedied that. Overall a satisfactory experience.
