    To start I purchased a Sony component double tape deck from here. It came in well packaged and wrapped! I plugged it in and set it up. Sadly the play side didn't work right as it rolled up the tape and got stuck in the rollers.the record side didn't pull the tape and came to a completely stopped. I sent them a message that this was happening. Needless to say they made it all right and got me a new one! I highly recommend them for any purchases of items they are selling.
